new feature Search for Customer By Drivers License
You can now search for a customer by their driver's license. Simply click on the new id button to scan a drivers license, if they are in the system it will select the customer, but if they are not, it will allow you to quickly add the customer without an additional scan. We should have done this a long time ago, but as they say BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!
new feature Completing a Work Order
When completing a work order from the sales screen the system will also change the status of the work order to Complete, saving the user from having to go to the work order module to fully close the work order.
improvement Lets Focus
On the sales screen whenever possible the cursor will stay focused in the item field, eliminating extra clicks.
Work Order
improvement Creating a new item when entering a work order will now take you back to the work order once you save the item.
Rental Improvements (for Range Reservations)
new feature Time Requested
You can now specify a requested amount of time when renting a lane (or any other item). By entering a requested time the coreSTORE scheduler can also update the online scheduler if you are running coreFORCE (formally known as coreFORCE).
new feature Online Scheduler Support
If you are using coreFORCE (formaly known as coreSHOP, often called coreWARE and even longer ago known as NEO but nobody would know that one) for online reservations you can now pull up the online reservation schedule right from coreSTORE. Simply click the scheduler button on the Sales Screen.
In addition to viewing the online reservation schedule you can also add, change or delete reservations.
new feature Scheduler Colors
coreFORCE allows a very flexible capability of setting colors based on various criteria, including but not limited to, event type, contact type, facility, and more. coreSTORE schedule will show the colors in the schedule based on these settings.
Employees
new feature Prevent Employees from Clocking In Off Site
In the Locations screen you can specify the IP address where employees can clock in from. If you don't know your IP address you can visit the site: www.ipchicken.com you can also visit Google to find your IP but a chicken is far more entertaining. Once you have your IP address go to Inventory->Locations and simply enter that IP address in the IP Address field. At this point your employees will be unable to clock in from anywhere but your store. Not to say that any employee would EVER contemplate doing this, but better safe than sorry. And remember, if you are are allowing some of your employees to work from home, do not turn this option on.
ECommerce
improvement Removing an item from the web site
On all ECommerce platforms if you check off the Is ECommerce? checkbox in the items screen, the item will be set to a quantity of 0 on the web site, thus forcing the item to show out of stock, unless a distributor has the same item in stock. So it will show out of stock for local inventory.

coreFORCE (formally known as coreSHOP) users can now use multiple words in the location name without needing to use an underscore character.

Searching by company name in the bound book will now properly search the acquire company name and disposed company name.

fix Marking an item to not drop ship will now properly update coreFORCE.
fix When entering a serial number into coreFORCE then having the order imported into Corestore. If the serial number is not in the Bound Book it would allow you to complete the sale/order without an error popping up.
fix Clock In issues
